Precision landing at Christmas: We are very pleased to inform you that mic AG signed the purchase agreement to acquire all shares in faytech AG on December 24.
faytech is one of the leading manufacturers of touch solutions. Development and sales of faytech products take place in Germany, China and the USA. Production takes place mainly at sites in China.
The bundling of many years of experience and highly qualified expertise in the areas of self-service (PYRAMID) and touchscreen technologies (faytech) under the umbrella of mic AG will result in synergy effects that will have a positive impact on the Group's growth. The expected pro forma consolidated sales of mic AG in the 2022 financial year will increase to around EUR 100 million. Detailed information on the acquisition and the further procedure will follow!
