Our industrial touch monitors are available in three specialized versions to optimally match the respective operating conditions. Models with an aluminum frame are ideal for use in simple indoor environments - they combine elegant design with a lightweight, sturdy aluminum housing. For more demanding environments, monitors with rubber frames offer a robust solution: thanks to their patented frame, they are particularly resistant to shocks, vibrations, dust, moisture and splash water. Open-frame monitors, on the other hand, are specially designed for installation in machines or kiosks. Their frameless design enables seamless integration - with reliable protection from a sturdy aluminum back kit.
Stainless steel touch monitors for the highest hygiene standards and extreme conditions IP65 & IP69K touch monitors
For applications in particularly demanding environments - such as in the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries - we offer stainless steel touch monitors with IP65or IP69K protection classes. The IP65 models are fully protected against dust and water jets and are ideal for hygienically sensitive areas. The IP69K versions also offer maximum protection against high-pressure and hot water cleaning - ideal for environments with intensive cleaning requirements. The robust stainless steel housing is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and meets the highest standards of durability and hygiene.

Capacitive touchmonitors are more responsive and offer multi-touch capabilities, while resistive touchmonitors require more pressure to register a touch and usually only support single-touch interactions.
By default, these capacitive touch monitors are only suitable for indoor and semi-outdoor use. However, faytech offers special IP65/IP69K solutions for outdoor use with features such as high brightness, wide viewing angles, and robust construction.
Yes, our capacitive touch monitors are compatible with a wide range of devices and operating systems, including Windows, Linux and Android.
To clean your capacitive touchscreen, use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water or a screen-safe cleaning solution. If possible, avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Information on maintenance can be found in the user manual supplied with your monitor.
