Our technical customer service consists of 6 proven in-house experts who can be reached by e-mail and telephone as well as via the Pyramid helpdesk portal.

Since knowledge is based on experience, the team includes long-serving employees. They have grown with the AKHET® and POLYTOUCH® brands and know every product inside out.

Young colleagues who have completed their training at Pyramid complete the team. In 2017, the best trainee in Germany in the field of "IT specialist - system integration" emerged from our company.

Every ticket is processed within 2 hours of receipt at the latest. You can use the Pyramid helpdesk portal to quickly and easily find out about the processing status of your ticket at any time, change it or send a message to the support colleague responsible.

And best of all: Pyramid Care Standard covers the entire product life cycle, i.e. our support team will assist you with your questions and concerns even after the warranty period has expired.
