Document digitization in banks POLYTOUCH® for financial institutions

Pyramid provides banks and their software specialist partners with POLYTOUCH® kiosk terminals as a platform for self-service digitization projects.
One of these is the GIRO-SCAN-BOX 2.0, an electronic mailbox for self-service zones in banks and savings banks that converts paper correspondence (transfer forms, applications, contract documents, etc.) into an audit-proof digital format when it is posted.
This significantly speeds up the distribution, processing and management of physical documents and reduces costs by up to 50%.
DISEPO was presented as a further platform for self-service in banks and savings banks. It is the logical extension of the SCAN-BOX to a multifunctional self-service point.
As an interactive service desk, DISEPO provides other important services in digital form in addition to document entry.
This includes legally compliant direct transactions for banking products and online appointments with the advisor. Customers can connect to the central service center, which provides them with audiovisual advice, at the click of a mouse or the touch of a button.
Among the financial service providers that use hardware from Pyramid Computer for their customers' self-service are VR banks. At numerous bank branch locations, the VR eKiosk, which is based on the POLYTOUCH® CURVE kiosk terminal, sells voucher cards (e.g. Amazon) and tickets for regional events as a virtual product shelf.
It is also possible to book or purchase services and products from regional providers in industry, trade, commerce, gastronomy and the hotel sector.
Further virtual product shelves are realized by Pyramid and the software partner OTG with the POLYTOUCH® kiosk terminals FLEX21.5 and PASSPORT 32.
