Quality assurance in production

Various solutions for quality control using industrial image processing are based on our BoxFlex and VarioFlex platforms. The systems are used by our customers in inspection systems to control the interaction of camera, lighting, sensor and conveyor units - even when used in difficult industrial environments. The smallest process errors can lead to costly blockages of inspection lines or damage to the inspection device. This makes it all the more important to have a server system that functions reliably in continuous operation, even under high emission loads (dust, high temperatures or vibrations).
Real-time evaluation of video streams in retail

The video material is analyzed and evaluated in real time using AI-supported processes. AKHET servers for A.I solutions thus support various optimizations, such as modulated pricing, personnel planning or inventory management. The processing process begins with the recording of the image content supplied by the cameras in the grocery store. The video streams are generated in high resolution (Full HD/4K) and with high frame rates (> 30 FPS) in order to capture even small and very fast movements in your space in detail.
