Each OEM solution is created from one of our modular platforms. We scale them according to your requirements in terms of performance, emission protection, I/O ports, labeling and branding... The modular principle ensures rapid prototyping for concept validation and short time-to-market.

If there is no suitable platform for your use case, we will develop an ODM solution for you from scratch. In our design studio, we harmonize innovative technologies, elegant design and excellent usability.

Our end-2-end service also includes product certifications - both national and international (UL, CCC, CSA, ETL... E-Mark, IATF 16949 and EN 60601-1 Medical certificates) - and individual laboratory tests.

Pyramid operates its own production facility in Ichtershausen, Thuringia. There we assemble OEM and ODM solutions to the highest standards. Assembly and quality control are carried out by experienced teams of long-serving employees.

Our services include consignment stock, for direct goods removal by our customers, and dropshipping, i.e. we ship your OEM or ODM solutions to your customer in your name and in your outer packaging with your manuals. Aftersales support From A to Z

The supply chain and lifecycle management of Pyramid keeps your solution up to date. Your contact person will proactively inform you when an installed component reaches the end of life and what alternatives are available. This ensures a high level of version stability over a long period of time.

We will be happy to add your OEM or ODM product to our B2B customer portal. You can order there 24/7 via your personal access and manage the order - without annoying e-mails, fax messages or phone calls.

As an OEM and ODM, we provide you with technical customer service from proven in-house experts . Every ticket is processed within 2 hours of receipt . You can use the Pyramid Helpdesk portal to find out about the processing status of your ticket, change it or leave a message for support at any time.
