Dimensions of just 260 mm × 246 mm (W × D) and 2 U make the system the most compact variant in the Motion series. A 12th to 14th generation Intel® processor ensures performance. The Motion Lite is ready for Bartlett Lake CPUs.

With two 2.5 GBit/s network interfaces that support time-sensitive networking and the optional M.2 SIM card slot, the Motion Lite is suitable for machine control, process visualization (HMI, SCADA) and as an edge device for standard data processing in the IIoT.

The sturdy metal housing and dust filter make the Motion Lite ideal for use in industrial environments: directly in the machine, in control cabinets, on walls or as a desktop version.

Technology
At its heart is an Intel® processor of the 12th to 14th generation - depending on customer requirements. The Motion Lite is ready for Bartlett Lake CPUs, which set new standards thanks to increased single and multi-thread performance, integrated hardware security functions and improved energy efficiency.

DDR5 memory technology with high bandwidth (38-50+ GB/s) and capacities of up to 128 GB are also available.

The possible applications of the Motion series range from machine control and process visualization to AI-supported quality control via machine vision to high-end edge computing and predictive maintenance.

Supply chain
A key advantage of the Motion series is our company's new procurement model: all Motion models use only mainboards that are developed and produced entirely in Germany by a renowned European manufacturer. This enables us to strengthen our independence from overseas markets, shorten transportation routes and ensure stable delivery times.

The motion systems also meet the requirements of the European Union's Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Together with production at the Pyramid in Ichtershausen, Thuringia, this creates a largely intra-European supply chain that offers our customers maximum planning, supply and version security.
