The lite is aimed at operators who need a self-service solution in a small format.

The terminal is the FLEX21.5's little brother and the very essence of a kiosk.

It is designed for straightforward self-service and features a 21.5-inch touchscreen, a payment terminal, and a barcode scanner.

To use the lite in a production environment, you ’ll need compatible software —for example, from one of our partners or from your existing IT or POS. We’d be happy to advise you!

And what about the printer? Does the FLEX lite not issue a receipt?

Yes: on the screen as a QR code!

The customer can scan it with their cell phone and they have the receipt in electronic form.

So much FLEX lite technology may not fit into a vest pocket, but it does fit into the smallest store and the smallest restaurant.

Optional pole light for a clear status display

The Pole Light is a practical extension for the FLEX21.5 Lite terminal and provides real-time visual status updates. This additional feature allows operators and users to quickly see whether the terminal is ready for use or whether action is required. The Pole Light is particularly helpful in high-traffic areas where a quick overview of the terminal's current status is important. It ensures efficient communication and helps improve the user experience.

Expansion FLEX21.5 lite with external puck dispenser

In combination with the PLS solution, a puck can be automatically issued after an order has been completed on the FLEX21.5 Lite terminal, which is used to locate the guest or customer. This extension enables smooth integration into existing self-service infrastructures and significantly improves queue management.
